This comfortable and modern apartment is the perfect place to stay if you value peace and quiet, but want to be able to reach any point in Vienna quickly and easily by public transport.
Our house offers some special features, such as lockers, washing machine and dryer in the basement, enough parking spaces, fully equipped kitchens and a simple self check-in with which you can check in independently at any time after 3 p.m.! We also offer free WLAN throughout the house, as well as a large lobby with a drink and snack vending machine.

Our parking spaces cost EUR 24,- per night.
House rules
Smoking is prohibited throughout the house. All of our apartments are non-smoking apartments.
Please respect our night's rest hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
We do not allow parties of any kind.
Access
With our simple self check-in, you can check in independently at any time after 3 p.m.
Public transport
The apartment is located directly opposite the subway station "Altes Landgut" on the U1 line. In less than 10 minutes you can reach the center of Vienna or enjoy the nature on the outskirts of Vienna.
Neighbourhood
The Favoritenstraße was completely redesigned by the expansion of the U1 subway line and is therefore more modern and pedestrian-friendly than ever. A "Spar Express" supermarket is just around the corner, which is even open 24 hours.
Cancellation terms
Cancellation policy:
Free! If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
